We support families by providing safe and quality care to children when they need it most — during the school holidays!

Our engaging and fun program recognises the diversity of our community. It consists of a range of planned and spontaneous experiences that can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors.

Our vacation care offers:

  • drama and music.

You can access your usual rebate percentage for the Childcare Rebate. Contact us for enrolment information.

Vacation Care hours of operation: From 6.30am to 6pm

Our location: Medowie Public School hall – Ferodale Road, Medowie

Vacation Care hours of operation: From 7am to 6pm

Our location: Grahamstown Public School – Hastings Drive, Raymond Terrace

Vacation Care hours of operation: From 6:30am to 6pm

Our location: Shoal Bay Public School hall – Rigney Street, Shoal Bay

Vacation Care hours of operation: From 7am to 6pm

Our location: Tomaree Public School – Salamander Way, Salamander Bay

Fee information

Fees are outlined in the current Port Stephens Council Fee Schedule.

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is available to most families. To register and find out more contact Centrelink.

Fee payment policy

Permanently booked positions are to be paid for the days for which the child is enrolled whether the child attends or not, except for public holidays and some school holiday periods.

Fees are to be maintained at 2 weeks in advance. If fees are not maintained, care may be cancelled. Any reduction in days permanently booked requires 14 days notice.
