Community Satisfaction Survey

At Port Stephens Council we are committed to delivering services that improve the wellbeing and liveability of our community. Our Community Satisfaction Survey is an important part of delivering these outcomes and helps us understand what’s working well and what’s not.

We’re inviting you to participate in our 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey.

The survey takes around 5 minutes and it’s open until Sunday 25 May 2025.

Council will not phone you to complete the survey nor has Council hired an external consultant to carry out the survey for us – the survey is only available to be completed online or in hard copy at Council’s Libraries, Administration Building, Visitor Information Centre, Pools and Child Care Centres. Additionally, Council does not ask, nor want you to provide personal information in this survey. If you have a specific issue such as maintenance of your local street etc. please report it separately via Report, request and apply, or contact our Customer Experience team at 02 4988 0255 or email: council@portstephens.nsw.gov.au
