It’s On! Lights On! Christmas tree celebration

A festive event for the whole family with lighting of the Christmas tree, live music, giant games and a visit from Santa!
Friday 6 December
The Rectory Christmas tree lighting
The Rectory, Raymond Terrace

A fun filled evening with face painting, entertainment, food, refreshments and a visit from Santa and his helpers!
Saturday 7 December
Medowie Christmas Carnival
Ferodale Oval, Medowie
3 to 8pm
An annual event presented by the Rotary Club with live entertainment, local community stalls, market stalls, food vendors and carnival rides.
Sunday 8 December
Carols at the Bay
Fly Point Park, Nelson Bay,
5:30 to 9:15pm
Enjoy performances from local schools, performing arts students and community groups along with entertainment, food trucks, amusements and fireworks at 9pm.

Karuah Christmas Carols
Longworth Park, Karuah

Karuah Christmas Carols is a community event to celebrate the Christmas season, including music and children’s activities.

Seaham Christmas Carols

Seaham Christmas Carols is a community event to celebrate the Christmas season, including carols, a BBQ and entertainment.
Friday 20 December
Nelson Bay Family Carnival
Neil Carroll Park, Nelson Bay

An annual carnival that includes amusements and rides and is open daily from Friday 20 December 2024 to Sunday 19 January 2025.

It’s On! McGrath New Year’s Eve 2024
