Aussie Bird Count

Become a citizen scientist and get involved in the Aussie Bird Count this October! It's easy to join in:
- Head out to your front yard, backyard, courtyard, park, play area, or wherever you might spot some birds
- Count how many birds you see in a 20 minute period
- Submit your count – you can count as many times as you want.
If you get stuck along the way, there’s a built-in 'bird finder' tool to help you identify birds you’re unsure of.
