The storms have caused multiple power outages across Port Stephens, with some road closures in place.
The Council Administration Building and Port Stephens Libraries have been affected and will be closed today, including the Mobile Library. Unfortunately, our phones are not working and we’re unable to receive emails.
Waste collections are still happening but may be slightly delayed.
Ausgrid have extra emergency crews working to restore power as quickly as possible.
Please visit Live Traffic NSW to stay up to date with the latest road closures.
