Salt Ash BMX track

The Salt Ash BMX track is located adjacent to the existing playground and community hall in Salt Ash.

The surface, covered in 7mm asphalt, allows both scooters and skateboards, not just BMX bikes, to use the track.

The edges and surrounds have be turfed and planted with native grasses that it fits in with the bushland setting around Michael Drive and Salt Ash in general. The track has also been constructed with raised banks or berms and is designed to limit the impact of intermittent flooding.
