Current public exhibitions

There are many ways to have your say on issues that affect you. Provide feedback on formal public exhibitions and have your say on community consultation projects below.

At its meeting held on 25 February 2025, Port Stephens Council resolved to place the draft Communication and Engagement Strategy on public exhibition.

Our Communication and Engagement Strategy aims to actively communicate and engage in a way that shares our stories, listens to our community, informs our future and improves the wellbeing of those who live, work and visit Port Stephens.

We want the community to take the time to review the revised Communication and Engagement Strategy and share with us whether we’ve got everything covered. It’s important to us that our community is informed about the services, projects and initiatives happening and have a say in the future of their place.

The draft Communication and Engagement Strategy Review will be on exhibition from Monday 10 March 2025 to Sunday 6 April 2025, and will be exhibited at the following locations:

  • Council's Administration Building, 116 Adelaide Street, Raymond Terrace (during normal business hours)
