At its meeting on 22 October 2024, Council resolved to exhibit the Payment of Expenses and Provision of Facilities to Mayor/Councillors Policy

The revised policy is available for viewing from Council’s website at www.portstephens.nsw.gov.au or for enquiries telephone Council on 4988 0187.

Submissions are invited and can be lodged, in writing (including email) with the General Manager up until Monday 2 December 2024.

Please note, submissions may be made in any format, which is able to be sent via email and is less than 10mb in size.

This may include a video file or audio voice recording in addition to more traditional written format.


Procurement Policy

Council at its meeting of 12 November 2024, resolved to place the Procurement Policy on public exhibition.

The revised policy is available for viewing from Council’s website at www.portstephens.nsw.gov.au or for enquiries telephone Council on 4988 0255.

The revised policy will be on exhibition from 15 November 2024 to 12 December 2024.

Submissions are invited and can be lodged, in writing (including email) with the General Manager up until 5.00pm on 12 December 2024 quoting file number PSC2009-02488-516.
